Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is a complementary therapy used to help achieve psychological and emotional positive change.

 

Hypnosis is a safe and natural state of relaxation which helps a person learn how to relax their body and mind and see their inner world and access things that may otherwise be unconscious.

 

Hypnotherapy works by bypassing your conscious awareness and then  reprogramming certain beliefs systems which are causing blocks or disturbance.

 

You are not asleep during Hypnosis, it is instead a higher level of awareness bringing a new level of insight.
